Hong Kong First Service Company Limited is seeking a seasoned Finance Controller/Finance Manager to take ownership of the full set of accounts for its Hong Kong entities in Kowloon. The role covers month-end and year-end closes, accruals, inter-company transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities include cash flow management, treasury, budgeting versus actual analysis, and maintaining robust internal controls.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification required.
• Minimum 10 years in accounting/finance with 5 years in managerial role.
• Hands-on experience managing full set of accounts for HK entities.
• Strong cost awareness and analytical skills.

Mansioni

• Own full set of accounts for Hong Kong entities.
• Perform month-end and year-end close with accruals and reconciliations.
• Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and payments with controls.
• Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audits.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and treasury management.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and service providers.
• Provide visibility on financial performance and risks.
• Assist inter-company reconciliation and cost allocations.
