Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related
• Member of HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent
• Experience in audit or accounting with Big4 preferred
• Manufacturing/trading experience required
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and HK/PRC standards
• Proactive with interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP is a plus
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Lead group consolidation for multiple entities with accurate, timely financial statements.
• Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to gather data and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to senior management on performance and trends.
• Assist in interim reporting to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Liaise with auditors, lawyers, financial advisors, and bankers.
• Manage treasury functions: cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
• Implement internal controls to improve data reliability and timeliness.
• Support system implementations and process changes.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
