Job summary

Orbis International in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to lead fundraising projects and cultivate partnerships with corporate and association supporters. You will plan campaigns, identify opportunities, build awareness at events, and manage donor stewardship and gifts-in-kind.

• Follow up stewardship recognition and loyalty plan for organizations’ donors.
• Research and update market intelligence about other corporate fundraising programs.
• Assist and participate in Orbis’s activities as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• University graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field


• 3 – 5years of working experience in business development, corporate sales and/or fundraising preferred

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin


• Creative, well-organized and proactive with can-do attitude


• Good presentation skills and telephone manner


• Attention to details and able to meet deadlines


• Able to work independently but also a good team player


• Strong in computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet. Ability to use AI is a plus.
