Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to lead bids, client materials, and marketing initiatives across Greater China. You will draft content, manage branding-compliant materials, and ensure timely follow-up after pitches.

The role requires 3+ years in corporate BD/marketing within international professional services, a strong commercial sense, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, law, business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate business development, marketing, or communications, ideally within an international law firm or professional services environment.
• Robust commercial sense with ability to think creatively and act proactively; adaptable mindset and ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and jurisdictions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; committed to delivering work to high professional standards.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage stakeholders and build credibility.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; proficient in Microsoft Office; InterAction experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Win bids, credentials, and client development materials; draft, review and edit content; manage document production per branding and pricing requirements.
• Develop high-quality bid materials highlighting Greater China positioning and client messages.
• Coordinate post-pitch follow-up and track outcomes; maintain credentials and marketing materials for accuracy.
• Ensure content is reflected across systems and channels for aligned messaging and market positioning.
• Coordinate publications, client alerts, newsletters, and Asia marketing materials.
• Lead events coordination from planning to execution and manage budgets and RSVP tracking.
• Support business planning and cross-border initiatives; assist in MBD projects as appropriate.
• Analyze client, competitor and market intelligence to support account planning and targeting.
