Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright in Hong Kong seeks a Business Development professional to support bids, credentials, and client materials, ensuring branding and pricing compliance and coordinating content production. The role also covers managing publications, directories, awards, and local press/content in collaboration with PR/Marcomms teams.

You will drive events, client intelligence, and BD projects across Asia, with a requirement for a degree and 3+ years in professional services BD/marketing, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, law, business, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate business development, marketing, or communications.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese; ability to coordinate across teams and jurisdictions.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with BD Managers and lawyers on bids, credentials and client materials; draft, review and edit content while ensuring branding and pricing compliance.
• Develop high-quality bid materials highlighting Greater China positioning and client messages.
• Ensure timely post-pitch follow-ups and track outcomes.
• Maintain and update credentials and marketing materials for accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate production and distribution of client alerts, newsletters and publications.
• Manage directories/awards submissions and related prestige materials.
• Draft and coordinate local press releases and intranet content; manage website and social media posts.
• Lead end-to-end events, including planning, budgeting, invites, RSVPs and vendor coordination.
• Support business planning and delivery of BD projects and initiatives.
• Analyse client, competitor and market intelligence to support account planning.
