Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Hong Kong seeks a Business Development professional to support bids, credentials, and client materials. You will draft, edit and coordinate production with BD Managers and lawyers, ensuring branding and pricing compliance.

You will develop materials that convey Greater China positioning and client messages, track post-pitch outcomes, and maintain credentials for cross-jurisdiction campaigns within a leading international law firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, law, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate business development, marketing, or communications in an international law firm or professional services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Work with the BD Managers and lawyers on bids, credentials, and other client development materials; draft, review and edit content, and manage document production as required, ensuring compliance with branding and pricing requirements.
• Develop high-quality bid materials that effectively convey Greater China positioning, experience, and key client messages.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of client alerts, newsletters, and other publications.
• Manage legal directories and awards submissions, including drafting and submission (with Hong Kong MBD team).
• Lead events coordination and end-to-end project management, including budgeting and RSVP tracking.
