Job summary

Elite International Law Firm in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development team. You will coordinate and draft high‑impact pitch proposals, capability statements, and RFP responses under tight partner deadlines.

You will lead submissions for Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR, and other awards, conduct intelligence research on prospective clients, organize client seminars and events, and maintain accurate client profiles in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of BD/marketing experience in professional services (law firms, Big 4, or consulting preferred).
• High attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities
