Job summary

RGH-Global Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator in Hong Kong to support delivery of high-voltage electrical equipment and energy infrastructure projects. You will work with Project Managers, Engineers and Site Technicians to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with contract specifications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project coordination experience in M&E or high‑voltage sectors.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment like switchgear and substations is preferred.
• Experience with MS Project and ERP/MRP for cost control and scheduling.
• Ability to read contract documents and manage variations within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with PMs, engineers and site technicians.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and contract variations to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Document progress in meetings, action logs, and risk reports.
• Support HSEQ compliance and digitalisation initiatives using ERP systems.
