Job summary

Links International seeks an experienced project leader to oversee a major infrastructure project in Hong Kong. You will lead site construction, manage planning, documentation, and technical submissions, ensuring safety, quality and programme targets.

Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants and client stakeholders while guiding the site team through the project lifecycle. Excellent communication in English and Chinese, with a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and strong

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Extensive experience in project or construction management.
Registered Electrical Worker qualifications preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Lead site construction and project execution for a major infrastructure project.
Manage construction planning, project documentation, method statements, and technical submissions.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
Oversee installation, testing, and project delivery to ensure safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved.
Provide leadership and guidance to the site team throughout the project lifecycle.
