Job summary

Arup Hong Kong is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across Hong Kong and East Asia. You will coordinate governance, controls, resource planning, and financial administration, working closely with Project Managers, clients and external partners to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and quality compliance.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Corporate member of relevant professional institution(s) is expected.

Responsibilities

• The Project Coordinator will coordinate governance, programme controls, resource planning and financial administration.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical leaders, clients and external partners to enable project teams to focus on technical excellence.
