Job summary

Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is recruiting for Hedge Funds Operations in Hong Kong. The role focuses on daily funds operations, NAV reviews, and end-to-end trade lifecycle management across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives and FX.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and has 3–5 years of hedge fund admin/ops experience with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily funds operations and monthly P&L reporting at fund and SMA levels.
• Prepare NAV calculations and review fund administrator NAV reports, including management fee and performance fee calculations.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including trade confirmations, allocations, settlements, and post-trade activities.
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash balances, positions, trades, and cash activities between internal systems and prime broker platforms.
• Capture, validate, and process trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX.

Our client is a well-established multi-strategy investment firm specialising in long/short equity strategies, managing over US$600 million in AUM. The firm adopts a dynamic investment approach across multiple asset classes and is seeking a Hedge Funds Operations to join its growing operations team in Hong Kong.

The Role

• Prepare daily funds operations and monthly P&L reporting at fund and SMA levels
• Prepare NAV calculations and review fund administrator NAV reports, including management fee and performance fee calculations.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including trade confirmations, allocations, settlements, and post-trade activities.
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash balances, positions, trades, and cash activities between internal systems and prime broker platforms.
• Capture, validate, and process trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange (FX).

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Hedge fund admin or Hedge funds Operations experience.
• Prefer candidate with multiple asset classes trade support experience (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
