Job summary

Links International in Hong Kong is seeking a fund operations professional to handle trade entry and settlement via a portfolio management system, and to perform reconciliations with custodians and prime brokers.

You will liaise with prime brokers and fund administrators on break resolution, and conduct NAV, P/L and valuation reviews to ensure accurate accounting entries. The role also supports risk and finance functions and seeks workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in fund accounting or hedge fund operations.
• Experience with PMS/software; detail-oriented; multitasking.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; knowledge of Python beneficial.
• Understanding of financial products (Options, fixed income, swaps, NDFs).
• Experience in compliance is a plus.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or related discipline
• 5 years of relevant work experience in fund accounting or hedge fund operations
• Experience in the use of portfolio management system/software
  Detailed-oriented, self-motivated and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and knowledge of programming skills such as Python would be beneficial.
• A good understanding of financial products (Options, fixed income, swaps, NDFs)
• Experience in compliance will be a plus
• Excellent command in English and Chinese
