Job summary

Pathsight Limited seeks a Hedge Fund Operation Specialist in Hong Kong to manage daily trade bookings and cash movement using portfolio systems. The role involves ensuring accuracy through daily fund reconciliations and handling settlement and payment processing within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 1 year or above experience in fund operations/ fund account or middle office.
• Knowledge of asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, FX).
• Understanding of fund accounting (P&L, Corporate Actions).
• Proficiency in MS Office; Experience with Linedata or Enfusion is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily trade bookings and cash movement using portfolio systems.
• Perform daily reconciliations for multiple funds to ensure accuracy.
• Handle settlement and payment processing within deadlines.
• Resolve trade breaks and reporting issues with brokers and fund administrators.
• Support internal stakeholders with special requests and ad-hoc projects.
