Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS or related discipline.
• 1–5 years in Operations, Trade Support, Middle Office, Technology Support, or related functions.
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment operations.
• Exposure to trade lifecycle and post-trade processes is advantageous.
• Python programming skills are highly preferred.
• Experience with automation, process improvement, workflow optimisation, or data analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced hedge fund environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily trade support and post-trade operations in a fast-paced hedge fund environment.
• Monitor settlements, reconciliations, corporate actions, and trade lifecycle events for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, build, and enhance Python-driven automation tools to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Leverage data analysis and workflow automation to reduce manual intervention.
• Contribute to development of a technology-enabled operations platform to support business growth.
