Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in Trade Finance or Supply Chain Operations.
• At least 10 years in a managerial capacity overseeing multiple teams.
• Proven experience in operational transformation, including automation and process redesign.
• Strong understanding of UCP600, URDG758, ISP98, and related trade finance rules.
• Business proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational functions within back office and middle office teams; ensure quality and client service standards.
• Lead staffing, motivation, and performance review cycles; ensure daily processing meets targets.
• Drive adherence to SOPs, monitor exceptions, and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Champion a permanent control framework; embed regulatory, compliance, and internal risk standards.
• Lead or support strategic transformation projects including process re-engineering, automation, and data analytics.
• Provide subject matter expertise for complex trade finance structures to support product delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships across back and front office, technology, legal, risk, and compliance.
