Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with HR reporting and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication in English and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in HRIS/ATS tools (Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to design talent acquisition strategies that support growth and planning.
• Mentor and guide the TA team to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Lead manpower restructuring initiatives to optimize headcount and roles.
• Manage the Enhanced Supplementary Labour Scheme (ESLS) ensuring compliance.
• Drive TA projects and system upgrades aligned with company policies.
• Prepare HR analytics reports for leadership on metrics like cost-per-hire and time-to-fill.
• Advise stakeholders on employment laws and recruitment best practices.
