Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong seeks a senior leader to drive revenue growth in workplace management through prospecting, solution development, RFP submissions, and client presentations. You will build trusted relationships with large corporate, public institutions, education, and property portfolios.

The role leads a team of Solution Development professionals, oversees high-value negotiations, and shapes strategic sales plans while delivering compelling proposals and client-focused value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Corporate Real Estate—ideally within facilities, projects, or transaction services with a track record of engaging and influencing senior corporate decision-makers on property portfolio strategy.
• Adept at navigating matrix organizations; skilled at uniting diverse teams to co-create custom solutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bid execution: proposal development, clarifications, and client presentations.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional bid teams comprising internal subject matter experts.
• Collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to align on upcoming opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end presentation preparation, including internal dry runs for client workshops and discussions.
