Monitor global financial market dynamics and regulatory policy changes; lead the innovation, design, development, and implementation of cross-border wealth management financial products; drive the iteration and enhancement of specialised products tailored for key markets such as Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in acquiring and maintaining high-net-worth (HNW) client relationships and deliver cross-border wealth management services
• Design personalised cross-border financial solutions for clients
• Monitor global financial market dynamics and regulatory policy changes
• Lead the innovation, design, development, and implementation of cross-border wealth management financial products
• Drive the iteration and enhancement of specialised products tailored for key markets such as Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area
• Serve as the primary liaison with wealth management teams at the Head Office and domestic branches
• Design and implement cross-border financial business mechanisms to facilitate business exchange between domestic and overseas wealth management operations
• Drive wealth management business expansion and develop strategic partnership channels
• Build a cross-border wealth management ecosystem with overseas institutions and promote joint product development and service integration
• Organise regular client relationship maintenance activities, including seminars and events, to strengthen client retention and enhance satisfaction and loyalty

About you

• Master's degree or above from a renowned overseas university
• Extensive experience in wealth management and team leadership
• Proven track record of leading or playing a key role in the innovation, design, development, and launch of cross-border wealth management products
• Familiar with domestic and international wealth management and private banking operations, as well as various cross-border financial products
• Skilled in acquiring and managing HNW clients
• Strong innovative thinking and execution capabilities
• Excellent collaborative mindset and cross-institutional/cross-departmental communication and coordination skills
• Strong learning agility and stress tolerance; able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment
• High professional ethics and integrity with no adverse employment records
