Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Hong Kong to lead a broad Product Management team, set strategy, and oversee multiple product lines across the lifecycle.

You will coordinate product plans, launch strategies, and market positioning while driving client value and competitive differentiation. The role requires deep experience in product development, strong leadership, and the ability to manage cross-national programs with a focus on revenue growth and risk management.

Formación

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience.
• Broad experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of Product Managers and/or multiple teams to accomplish goals and conduct personnel duties.
• Manage strategic program roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to maximize product value.
• Supervise day-to-day product management for core products including delivery, client experience, and communications.
• Drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, and channels.
• Develop plans and execute functional strategies across countries/regions with cross-unit coordination.
• Oversee market research, product innovation roadmap, and product commoditization challenges.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of program life cycle management including market demands and technology trends.
• Drive achievement of targets, revenue and expense management, and opportunities identification.
