Job summary

Global Executive Consultants Limited (GlobalExec) is recruiting a General Manager, Trustee Business for a leading bank in Hong Kong. The role oversees Trustee Services, wealth solutions, and strategic planning to drive growth across the banking group’s trustee portfolio.

You will lead product development, client relations, marketing initiatives and investment advisory services for high-net-worth customers, while liaising with multiple units to expand market share.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• 10–12 years’ trustee business development and operations experience for high net worth clients in banking/trust sector.
• Experience in private trust, trust marketing and services, client relationship and business development for high net worth customers.
• Strong experience in managing private, charitable and pension funds.
• Excellent bilingual communication in Chinese and English (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Trustee Business and Trustee Services under Retail Banking.
• Oversee Corporate Strategy Planning, Client Segmentation, Business Planning and Strategic Planning for growth.
• Lead Trustee Business Growth, Client Servicing, Marketing, Investment Analysis and Product development.
• Develop new strategic features and insights on asset management and wealth succession solutions.
• Formulate structure and enlargement strategies to grow market share.
• Plan, formulate and implement strategies to drive growth of Business and Products coverage.
• Liaise with business units to enhance marketing programs and broaden customer base and profitability.
• Lead estate planning and investment advisory services to high-net-worth clients.
• Oversee general trust and structuring advisory services to clients.
• Lead a trust marketing team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Establish and manage Private Trust, Charitable Trust and Pension Funds.
