Job summary

Nova Partners Limited in Hong Kong seeks Head of Settlement Department to lead daily settlement-team operations and own post-trade processing across a multi-asset portfolio, including US stocks, options and related products.

You will manage end-to-end settlement for cash, securities, derivatives, oversee risk indicators, drive improvements, mentor the team, and ensure FATCA/CRS compliance while interfacing with a US clearing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or related.
• 10+ years post-trade / back-office ops across multi-asset.
• Familiar with settlement systems and market practices; process improvement / automation preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of US stocks and options settlement / clearing, plus practical experience with a US clearing firm.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; proactive under pressure.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; written Chinese a plus (Cantonese preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own / oversee settlement and clearing for US stocks, options and related products, including day-to-day interface with the US clearing firm.
