Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a Project Manager / Technical Manager (Building) to lead complex building projects with a strong focus on delivery, safety and cost control.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safety standards, and drive delivery from planning through execution. A degree in building disciplines, 10 years of experience, and relevant certificates are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in building related disciplines.
• Chartership is preferable.
• Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate (42/43 hours) is a must.
• With T1, T2, T3 qualification.
• With Safety Training Course Certificate for Site Management Staff.
