Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a senior leader for Daily Operations & Multi-Asset Settlement. You will oversee settlement of equities (HK/US), derivatives, fixed income, funds and OTC products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across markets.

The role requires 10+ years in settlement/back-office operations with at least 5 years in management, and deep knowledge of CCASS, DCASS, Euroclear, Clearstream and DTC. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in settlement, clearing, or back-office operations in brokerage, investment bank, or asset management.
• Minimum 5 years in managerial/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset settlement across equities, derivatives, fixed income, funds and OTC products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and multi-asset settlement for equities (HK/US), derivatives, fixed income, funds and OTC products.
• Manage risk by resolving failed trades, discrepancies and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor a multi-asset settlement team, optimize resources and KPI definitions.
• Drive system enhancements, migrations, and onboarding of brokers/custodians with focus on automation and STP.
