Job summary

Leapworks Limited, partnering with a major Hong Kong-listed corporate, seeks a commercially driven Chief Operating Officer to shape and execute the Group's strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive operational performance, growth, and cross-functional transformation across a complex landscape.

The successful candidate will bring senior leadership experience, deep P&L ownership, and a proven ability to align executives toward ambitious commercial and operational objectives in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in large, complex organisations.
• Direct accountability for P&L and commercial growth.
• Strong strategic capability with delivery discipline.
• Excellent stakeholder management with CEOs, boards, investors and partners.
• Experience leading transformation, scale-up, or turnaround programs.
• Very strong commercial acumen and judgment.
• Deep engagement capability in a Hong Kong senior corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to translate strategy into measurable operational and commercial plans.
• Provide leadership across the Group’s operating platform for performance, execution and continuous improvement.
• Own commercial performance and P&L delivery, improve revenue and profitability.
• Lead major initiatives and cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Establish robust performance management, rhythms and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to remove barriers to growth and ensure timely delivery.
• Build relationships with executive management, board representatives, shareholders and partners.
• Represent the Group with discretion and professional integrity in sensitive matters.
• Develop and sustain a high-performing leadership culture aligned to commercial objectives.
