Job summary

HSBC Group is seeking a Division Head, Intelligence and Insights to lead an agile analytics team focused on growth, AI use cases, and market insights. You will translate opportunities into measurable hypotheses and deploy agentic AI solutions with human-in-the-loop governance across digital channels and CRM.

You will drive insights into action, align stakeholders across Products, Channels, Frontline, Risk and Technology, and define OKRs and a prioritised analytics roadmap linked to growth

Qualifications

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-backed trade-offs.
• Strong interest in AI trends and pragmatic application in regulated settings.
• Track record using data/AI to drive growth in large organisations.
• Experience building and leading analytics and insights teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an agile analytics team delivering growth-focused insights.
• Convert business opportunities into measurable hypotheses and models.
• Design and scale agentic AI solutions with human-in-the-loop governance.
• Own the insight-to-action operating model across channels and CRM.
• Embed best practices to improve decision-making and value tracking.
• Conduct market research to inform strategy and new products.
• Shape business banking initiatives using customer intelligence and KPIs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to turn insights into go-to-market plans.
• Set OKRs, value cases, adoption metrics, and a roadmap of analytics initiatives.
• Enable frontline staff with data-driven tools for engagement.
