Job summary

HAECO Group is seeking a General Manager, Business Improvement to design and drive enterprise-wide transformation across three priority programs: Lean capability, end-to-end process organization, and oneAFS shared services. The role leads a central team, collaborates with Group functions and MRO entities, and acts as a strategic enabler for measurable business benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to design frameworks and translate them into actionable programs.
• End-to-end value chain optimization experience.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation and executive communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering results in a complex, matrix organization.
• Experience building capability programs: curriculum, governance, coaching.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy a Group Lean Capability Development Program with roadmap, milestones, funding and adoption.
• Define a holistic Lean framework and drive Lean capability across all entities.
• Build structured learning paths including training and coaching; act as consultant and enabler.
• Lead end-to-end Process Organization design, mapping, standardization and KPI dashboards.
• Deliver oneAFS program by standardizing processes and enabling shared services across the network.

PMP/PRINCE2 beneficial
