ExxonMobil is seeking a Lean Transformation Lead to drive the deployment of Lean systems at a lubricants manufacturing site, delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost and throughput. You will partner with site leadership to embed continuous improvement and build organizational capability for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Lean, manufacturing, or operational excellence.
• Proven success leading transformation or CI initiatives.
• Effective influencer and coach across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean system implementation to improve KPIs across site.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean principles and behaviors.
• Identify and execute value creation opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deploy Lean tools (5S, standard work, VSM, Six Sigma) to eliminate waste.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance throughput and reliability.
• Track performance and ensure sustainability of improvements.
• Build internal capability through training and mentoring.
