Job summary

Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (HAECO) CRO Hong Kong is seeking a senior production leader to drive workshop operations and industrialize new repair capabilities for Engine Component lines. You will ensure safety, compliance and on-time execution while guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include resource planning, Lean-based process improvements, audits, and mentoring supervisors to sustain high performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years aviation MRO experience, with at least 3 years in a production leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of component maintenance, repair and overhaul operations.
• Proven ability to lead production, planning and control with regulatory focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshop production operations and drive new capabilities from design to production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions to routine production.
• Oversee equipment qualification, tooling deployment and operator readiness.
• Ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 and FAA rules, and maintain QA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement, Lean initiatives and performance metrics.
• Develop and mentor production supervisors and staff.
