Job summary

Hongkong Land Limited is seeking an experienced technology leader to head the Architecture & Engineering function across corporate, leasing, property and data domains. You will define the technology direction and ensure scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligned with Hongkong Land's goals.

You will establish standards, governance, and practices to boost consistency, delivery quality, and operational efficiency while partnering with product owners and business stakeholders to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive technology experience, including leadership responsibility of multidisciplinary teams across solution architecture, software engineering, and enterprise technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, integration architecture, software engineering practices, and platform operations.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale technology transformation initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience within real estate, property management, finance, customer platforms, or data and analytics environments would be an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
