Job Description

• Build, lead, and mentor our engineering team to empower us through the next level of growth.
• Deliver best-in-class e-commerce and omnichannel experience while increasing our speed on experiments and execution.
• Oversee all in-house and third-party software systems from e-commerce to production to all growth initiatives.
• This is not a day‑to‑day hands‑on development role but we expect you to be highly technical and contribute technically, e.g., system architecture, code review, and debugging live systems.
• Liaise with all business units to ensure all system requirements are captured and all technical blockages are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Establish and enforce best engineering practices to ensure quality codebase, smooth scaling, site reliability, and system security.
• Build, mentor, and lead a top‑performing engineering team: leading by examples and continuous improvement on the team’s soft and hard skills.
