Job Description

• Analyzing business operations and the business's computer systems and determining which software applications could improve efficiency.
• Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones.
• Leading teams of IT specialists in the implementation and upgrading of application and related systems.
• Monitoring the roll‑out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.
• Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.
• Training employees on the use of any new software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere.
• Maintaining up‑to‑knowledge of the latest software developments.
• Focus on the successful achievement of time, quality and cost in order to deliver solutions to the business.
• Develop technical specification according to the requirement. Review impact on technical and functional side for integration with different systems.
• To agree with project stakeholders the key milestones for each project and communicate progress against these milestones.
• To capture and prioritize the risks and issues that arise during the project, drive resolution of the issues and mitigation of the risks.
• To manage quality assurance workforces to conduct various technical testing (e.g. system test, integration test, performance test, etc) and assist User Acceptance Test for all Technology projects.

Job Requirements

• Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production.
• Liaise with offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks.
• Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative applications.
• Work with Business to provide input into the long-term e-commerce strategic plans and assist in implementing them in the e-commerce architecture.
• Coordinate with the web developers, e-commerce marketing team, and e-commerce analysts for the effective completion and working of the e-commerce application.
• Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve workflow Identify potential system performance bottlenecks and resolve them.
• Design and implement e-Commerce application development projects.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, PHP, React is a plus.
