Job summary

A renowned eCommerce corporation in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Lead / Software Developer (Back-end) to enhance their Commerce platform's functionality and improve customer experiences. The candidate will lead a small team, guide them with their development efforts, and must possess strong knowledge in Java and Spring Framework. Experience in eCommerce and cloud technologies such as Azure and Kubernetes is preferred, along with a solid understanding of various architectural paradigms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to mentor team members.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented, Functional and Reactive programming concepts.
• Preferably with Java and Spring Framework and eCommerce exposure.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Confluence Cloud and Kubernetes is a plus.

• Focus on Commerce platform and proactively driving for improvement for our Commerce platform. The team will work on various aspect to extends and elevate platform functionalities, keep improving customer experience.
• Also be a mentor and leader for the small team.
• Experience on full Software Development Life Cycle
• Understanding for DevOps philosophy
• Understanding on following Architecture: Micro-services Architecture / Event-Driven Architecture / Service Oriented Architecture
• Knowledge on several programming paradigm concept is a plus: Object-Oriented / Functional / Reactive
• Preferably having development experience on Java and Spring Framework
• Preferably having experience on eCommerce
• Preferably having experience with Azure Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Kubernetes
