OCBC Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to develop performance management frameworks for its branch and sales network. You will drive sales efficiency, analyze portfolios, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve productivity and customer-centricity.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in sales planning and performance management, plus strong analytical and communication skills in Chinese and English. A proactive, independent work style is essential.

Competenze

University degree in business administration or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sales planning and performance management.
Familiarity with branch transformation and process improvement.
Mature, proactive and able to work independently.
Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills.
Proficient in Chinese & English (written & spoken).

Mansioni

Develop a structured and effective performance management framework at branch and sales network.
Follow up with branch on sales performance and improve efficiency and uplift productivity.
Review customer wealth portfolios and collaborate on deep dive portfolio analysis to provide solutions.
Help enhance customer centricity and shape behaviour for building a reliable salesforce.
Work with stakeholders to improve sales productivity and support regional initiatives on ad hoc projects.
