Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a senior professional to support the Head of Investment Products and Distribution. You will help implement the investment fund strategy, grow the fund business, and ensure governance, due diligence and compliance across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Sales, Frontlines, Investment Solutions, Operations, Risk and Compliance to optimize platforms, enhance client experience, and expand revenue opportunities in both online and branch channels.

Qualifications

Strong end-to-end experience in investment funds, covering strategy, development, due diligence and governance.
Experience growing fund revenue, AUM and client penetration across target segments.
Solid understanding of HKMA/SFC requirements and product governance.

Responsibilities

Lead fund product strategy and drive business growth aligned with wealth management goals.
Oversee fund selection, onboarding and ongoing lifecycle governance.
Ensure robust product documentation, suitability and risk monitoring.
Drive platform enhancements and digital investment journey improvements.
Manage relationships with fund houses and internal stakeholders.
