Job summary

Hex Trust is seeking a VP/Director Senior Sales for Cross-border Payments Solutions to leverage a strong APAC/GCC network and drive revenue growth. This is a pure origination role focused on scaling Convert-to-Pay and closing strategic partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, and fintechs.

You will own end-to-end commercial cycles, including negotiation, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage, helping bridge traditional finance with digital asset payments.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of institutional or B2B sales / business development experience.
• Proven track record selling payment infrastructure to PSPs, fintechs, or financial institutions.
• Active network in the PSP/payments ecosystem across APAC and/or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of stablecoins, settlement, treasury workflows, and payment APIs.
• Ability to run the full sales cycle independently with a consultative, product-minded approach.
• Fluent English; Mandarin (HK/Singapore) or Arabic (GCC) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial cycle for Convert-to-Pay across APAC and GCC.
• Identify and win new PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients.
• Translate Hex Trust's capabilities into commercial wins with senior stakeholders.
• Secure a flagship design partner to co-develop programmable stablecoin payment infra.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration with product, operations, and legal teams.
• Provide market intelligence to shape roadmap and go-to-market.
