Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Technical Services Head to lead the technical operations and maintenance of our property, ensuring a safe and efficient environment in a retail setting.

You will manage contractors, develop preventive maintenance programs for building systems, and ensure compliance with local regulations while monitoring energy usage and supporting renovations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in property management or technical services.
• Proven expertise in managing E&M systems, maintenance operations and technical projects.
• Chartered Engineer is highly preferred.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the technical operations and maintenance of the property to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Managing contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with local building and safety regulations.
• Monitoring energy usage and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
• Providing technical support for ongoing property renovations and upgrades.
• Handling emergency situations and ensuring prompt resolution to minimise disruptions.
• Collaborating with the property team to deliver seamless technical services in alignment with retail requirements.
