Job summary

LW Consulting is seeking a Senior Real Estate Asset Manager in Hong Kong to lead the strategy and performance of the developer's real estate portfolio. You will supervise leasing activities, conduct due diligence, and manage a portfolio of assets with a focus on cash flow and capital planning.

The role requires extensive experience in retail or commercial asset management and hands-on oversight of property operations and tenant relationships.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of real estate asset management experience.
• Experience across property management, tenant management, lease management and cash flow projection.
• Strong background in retail or other commercial asset management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the asset strategy and performance, including annual budgeting and reporting.
• Oversee leasing transactions, site inspections, tenant/contractor management, and due diligence.

Job description

• Planing and managing the Developer's upcoming and existing real estate assets’ strategy and performance; including annual business planning and budgeting, refinancing, regular performance update and reporting
• Oversee leasing transactions including site inspections, tenants, operator and contractor management; negotiate commercial terms, conduct due diligence on counter parties, calculate cash flows of deals, execution of legal documents
• Oversee property management in daily operations of the assets
• Coordinate with project managers on asset improvement initiatives to enhance asset positioning

Requirements

• Degree or above from reputable universities
• 15-20+ years of real estate asset management experience, including property management, tenant management, Lease management and cashflow projection.
• Must have strong retail or other commerical assets management experience;
