Job summary

LW Consulting Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior Real Estate Asset Manager to lead the strategy and performance of upcoming and existing real estate assets. You will oversee budgeting, refinancing, reporting, and drive asset positioning through active management of leasing, tenant relations, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate has 15–20+ years in real estate asset management, strong experience in lease and cashflow projections, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of real estate asset management experience, including property management, tenant management and lease management.
• Experience with cash flow projection and financial performance reporting.
• Strong track record in retail or other commercial asset management.
• Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university; fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the asset strategy, annual budgeting, refinancing, performance reporting and overall planning.
• Oversee leasing transactions, site inspections, tenants, operator and contractor management.
• Negotiate commercial terms and perform due diligence on counterparties; calculate cash flows for deals; execute legal documents.
• Oversee daily property management operations of the assets.
• Coordinate with project managers on asset improvement initiatives to enhance asset positioning.
