Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited seeks a proactive analyst to oversee a portfolio of retail properties, maximizing financial performance. You will monitor leasing, review asset positioning, and prepare management-critical business plans and asset management reports.

Responsibilities include financial model analysis for leasing, budget consolidation, and presenting findings based on financial data, industry data, and research. Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant disciplines as stated.
• 1–2 years of CRE analysis/asset management experience.
• Experience with retail properties preferred.
• Proficiency in consolidating accounts and Excel modeling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.

Assist in overseeing a portfolio of retail properties to maximize financial performance

Conduct financial model analysis for leasing portfolio including budget consolidation

Analyze and prepare presentations based on financial information, industry data, economic statistics and research

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Surveying or related disciplines

1 - 2 years’ commercial real estate analysis / asset management experience with an emphasis on retail properties, preferably gained from real estate industry

Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well-versed in using Excel for financial modeling

Self-motivated, independent and good analytical skills

Strong interdepartmental communication and presentation skills to achieve financial KPIs

Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Fresh graduate with intern experience will also be considered
