Job summary

The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking an experienced bartender to join our vibrant hotel bar team. You will design signature cocktails, maintain premium beverage quality, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a luxury setting.

With 2-4 years of bar supervision experience, you will mentor junior bartenders, uphold hygiene standards, and assist the Bar Manager with promotions, events, and beverage operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant bar supervision experience, preferably in hotel industry.
• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or F&B Management or related disciplines.
• Guest service oriented, self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations.
• Available to work on shift.
• Certification in alcohol service is a plus.
• Proficient in PC Knowledge.
• Strong Command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (Verbal and Written).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop signature cocktails and seasonal bar menus aligned with the bar’s strategies, initiatives and goals
• Support the Bar Manager on promotions, events, guest experience initiatives and projects
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks served
• Stay updated with mixology trends and incorporate them into bar operations
• Train and mentor bartenders on mixology techniques, recipes, service standards and product knowledge
• Conduct regular tastings and quality checks to maintain excellence in offerings.
• Assist with inventory control and upholding hygiene standards in all aspects of bar operations
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the dining floor.
• Engage actively and directly with guests with personalized cocktail recommendations to enrich their experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head / Supervisor
