Job summary

Reticle Search International Limited is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead and execute end-to-end event projects in a fast-paced agency environment in Hong Kong.

You will manage client relationships, lead meetings and presentations, coordinate with internal teams, vendors and production partners, and ensure quality, timelines and budgets across multiple projects while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years' relevant experience in event management or agency settings.
• Proven ability to manage projects and client accounts independently.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Hands-on, capable of both planning and executing events.
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical thinking.
• Ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver end-to-end event projects, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Oversee multiple projects across planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event evaluation.
• Act as the primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, designers, and production partners for smooth execution.
• Review project deliverables and provide practical recommendations.
• Oversee onsite event operations and resolve issues as needed.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
