Job summary

Reticle Search International Limited is seeking an Project Executive or Senior Project Executive to support local and overseas events. You will assist in planning, coordinating with designers and vendors, and producing accurate meeting minutes and event documents.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, organization, and presentation skills, with flexibility for overtime and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Degree / Associate Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Event Management or related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in conferences, events, or marketing.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas events.
• Provide logistic support for projects, including liaising with external vendors and coordinating with designers and technicians.
