Job summary

Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Officer to support restaurant operations with a guest-first mindset. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, manage bookings, and assist with cashiering to ensure smooth service.

You will provide menu recommendations, maintain dining area cleanliness, and help create memorable experiences for occasions such as weddings or birthdays while upholding hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and online restaurant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house cashiering and cash handling where applicable.
