Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our Concierge team. Based at our hotel, you will provide quality service in a friendly, courteous manner and assist guests with luggage and transportation, reporting to the Chief Concierge.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Guest Services Agent is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Guest Services Agent reports to the Chief Concierge.

As Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Welcome guests at the hotel entrance and lobby area
• Assist guests with carrying their luggage while in hotel premises
• Deliver and collect luggage from/to guest rooms
• Assist guests for transportation arrangements and ensure guests are correctly directed to their destinations

As Guest Services Agent, we expect from you:

• Related working experience in hotel/ guest services
• Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
