Job summary

Rat Pack LC Limited in Causeway Bay is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in running a high-volume pasta venue. You will lead and train the team, ensure service excellence, and be visible on the floor to greet guests and resolve issues.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach. You will help with onboarding, stock control, and daily operations, while upholding brand standards and delivering a warm, guest-focused dining

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in hospitality industry.
• Hands-on, guest-facing manager with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Self-organised, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Passion for F&B and customer service.
• Embodies teamwork and positivity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations
• Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain brand image
• Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
• Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements are met
• Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high-standard, efficient, and courteous serving of food and beverages in the restaurant
• Manage and store vendors' contracts and invoices
• Provide support to the Restaurant Manager in coordinating a variety of activities such as hiring and training, arranging schedules and guest requirements
• Arrange for new employees' proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms)
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Gather guests' feedback, respond accordingly, and resolve guest complaints
