Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team. The Bartender will manage day-to-day bar operations, greeting guests, serving food and beverages with a professional attitude, and maintaining a clean, orderly bar and dining area.

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, the role reports to the Bar Manager. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is highly valued in this hospitality landmark known for luxury service and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• With relevant in F&B or hotel industry.
• Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication.
• Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry.

Responsabilités

• Set up the daily bar counter and ensure all condiments needed for food service during the day.
• Meet and greet guest in a professional manner.
• Serve all food and beverage items to guests during servicing hours with a helpful and professional attitude.
• Polish all silverware and glassware after cleaned by the machine.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant.
