Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management in developing business strategies for new customer segments, focusing on acquisition and value growth.
• Coordinate between product and sales; drive development and rollout of new products and services.
• Gather market insights and competitive intelligence to support tiered outreach strategies and targeted campaigns.
• Promote a coordinated sales management framework; analyze performance and drive cross-channel collaboration.
• Create standardized sales tools (e.g., sales guides, KYC checklists, account opening reminders) to boost efficiency and compliance.
• Plan and execute promotional activities; define target customer criteria and scripts for direct outreach.
• Streamline account opening processes; monitor bottlenecks and push for faster, fully digital journeys.
• Explore new customer acquisition channels and expand referral networks; target small enterprise clients.
• Leverage big data analytics to refine customer segmentation and drive retention and revenue.
