Job summary

Konew FinTech Corporation Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing Officer to support online and offline campaigns, plan events, and manage social media channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, develop content, and assist with design for various projects.

The role requires strong creativity, digital trend awareness, and multitasking abilities, with bilingual Chinese/English communication. Senior candidates may be considered for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Creative Media, Marketing, Event Management, or HKQF level 5.
• Minimum 3 years expo/event/promoter management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and social media channels; AI tools a plus.
• Strong creativity with understanding of digital and social media trends.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Independent and able to work under pressure; senior level for more experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and participate in on-/offline marketing events and activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; act as key contact for members.
• Develop content and manage communications across social platforms.
• Support graphic design and visual content for online and offline projects.
• Assist in optimizing digital ad strategies and spend efficiency.
• Manage Corporate Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Xiaohongshu accounts (content, scripts).
• Contribute ideas to campaigns and stay updated on social media trends.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
