Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a hands-on CRM MarTech & Email Ops Manager to own the email channel end-to-end, lead MarTech platform strategy, CDP configuration, and data integration. You will architect scalable systems, leverage AI for productivity, and drive performance through data across campaigns and lifecycle programs.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, technical coding, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-output email experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on email marketing operations and/or MarTech management in a high-growth or high-volume environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with CRM/Email Platforms and CDP tools (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Sendgrid, Segment CDP).
• Strong coding skills in Liquid, HTML/CSS for email templates and dynamic content.
• Strong SQL skills to query complex datasets and build audience definitions.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate production and problem-solving.
• Experience with performance tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization of email programs.
• Excellent documentation and project-management discipline.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of email compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR).

Responsibilities

• Own daily email campaign operations: build, QA, deploy, and report across lifecycle, promotional, transactional, and triggered programs.
• Design and maintain email template architecture for speed and scalability with dynamic content modules.
• Write and maintain technical coding (Liquid, HTML/CSS, AMPscript) for complex personalization.
• Own send frequency governance, suppression logic, fatigue management, and audience conflict resolution.
• Manage deliverability: sender reputation, authentication, inbox placement, and ISP monitoring.
• Support GTM launches for new products and features translating briefs into campaign execution.
