Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks a digital marketing professional to join a premier law firm’s regional Marketing & Business Development team. You will execute and monitor campaigns across website, email, and social platforms, and coordinate content updates to ensure brand alignment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in digital marketing, hands-on WordPress, email marketing, SEO, and social analytics; fluency in English and Cantonese/ Mandarin is preferred; a Bachelor degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience in professional services or B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress (CMS), email marketing, SEO, and social media analytics tools.
• Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Basic proficiency in visual/video editing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor digital marketing initiatives across website channels, email campaigns, and paid/organic social media (LinkedIn).
• Manage and update corporate website content via WordPress, practice profiles, insights, and legal updates.
• Track campaign performance with web analytics, report metrics, and optimize content for SEO.
• Assist in producing/editing/distributing multimedia content (webinars, podcasts, partner videos).
• Coordinate external e-blasts, manage subscriber databases, and analyze open/click rates.
